Bdrumy Terms & Conditions – Applicable to All Members

📋1. Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the bdrumy platform (https://bdrumy.ws) and all its associated services. bdrumy is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

By registering, logging in, or using bdrumy in any way, you automatically agree to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue using the platform.

Bdrumy reserves the right to update these terms & conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform, along with the effective date.

To become a bdrumy member, you must register with accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or incorrect details is a direct violation of bdrumy's rules.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, and identity documents provided at registration must always be accurate and truthful.
• Keep your password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Any changes to your account details must be reported to the support team promptly.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

Bdrumy is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

To ensure security and transparency, bdrumy follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The following documents must be submitted before withdrawal or upon reaching certain limits:

Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is incomplete. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours of submitting your documents.

Bdrumy supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 50,000 (standard members); separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash/Nagad – typically 15 minutes to 2 hours; Bank Transfer – 1–3 business days.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

Bdrumy reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate any suspicious transactions. Account holders are expected to cooperate during the investigation.

Bdrumy offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. A 10x wagering turnover on the bonus amount is required to withdraw.
• Reload Bonus: An extra 20% bonus on weekly re-deposits (specific terms apply).
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is credited directly to your account with no wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: Earn a BDT 200 bonus for every successful referral, applicable when your referred friend makes their first deposit.

• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Multiple bonuses may not be applicable simultaneously; each promotion applies separately.
• Bdrumy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All members must follow certain rules when placing bets on bdrumy. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is called off or bdrumy has offered incorrect odds.
• Bdrumy reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Any bet identified as supporting match-fixing or other unethical activity will be voided and the account will be closed.
• Multiple events can be combined into a parlay bet; a minimum of 2 events is required per parlay.
• Bdrumy may set betting limits on specific markets at any time.

Bdrumy is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection or delays during live betting.

🚫7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdrumy platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Placing bets using prohibited software, bots, or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, defrauding, or spreading misinformation about other members.
• Using abusive or disrespectful language toward staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating their betting in any way.

Bdrumy may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms & conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If the member wishes to close their account.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. To appeal, contact support@bdrumy.ws.
